TrailPeople studied the feasibility and cost of creating pedestrian paths along two routes totaling 1.5 miles through residential estate neighborhoods in rolling oak-studded terrain.

The analysis of Loyola and Mora drives included a detailed field inventory of conditions, opportunities and constraints; conceptual design details, GIS mapping and analysis; and cost estimates for each segment and alternative.
