TrailPeople is working with The Delta Protection Commission to prepare the Great Delta Trail Master Plan. TrailPeople and the Delta Protection Commission are aiming to help Delta residents, trail and recreation users, as well as visitors, understand the significance of the enhancement of the Great Delta Trail with its potential to connect to other trail systems in the Delta region. We are working with representatives and residents from the five counties in the Delta Region: Contra Costa, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Solano, and Yolo County.
